Baltic Bastards
Baltic Porter 6.7%

A dark, rebellious Baltic porter born from a collaboration between Grossen Bart and Mad Macks. It’s smooth, strong, and loaded with roasted malt, dark chocolate, molasses, and a clean lagered finish that hides its power. Expect rich cocoa, toasted rye, subtle smoke, and a hint of dark fruit — bold, balanced, and built for troublemakers with stories better left untold.
​Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions
English Brown 6.0%

A customer once asked, "Do you think you can brew a beer with Black Garlic?" Our answer, "Yes, yes we can!" This collaboration beer is a rich and nutty English Brown Ale, with the sweet toffee notes and savory depth of black garlic. Aged for six weeks on American oak spirals and locally made roasted pecans, for a sweet, smokey finish with a hint of vanilla. Hope you enjoy our Brown Ale with Questionable Decisions!

Coconut Ube Hard Seltzer 5.2%

Sunshine and Lemondrops
West Coast Pilsner 5.5%

A bright, crisp West Coast Pilsner bursting with citrusy hop character and a
clean, refreshing finish. Amarillo and Lemon Drop hops bring vibrant notes
of lemon zest and orange peel, while Simcoe adds a subtle piney backbone that
keeps everything balanced. At 5.5%, it’s an easy-drinking ray of sunshine—zippy, aromatic, and built for laid-back days and long, GOLDEN afternoons

attitude. Smooth, malt forward, and devilishly easy to drink. It’s the

Belgorado IPA
Belgian IPA 7.0%

Belgian IPA that blends bright American hop character with classic farmhouse
yeast complexity. Chinook and Centennial hops bring bold pine, citrus zest,
and a touch of resin, while the saison yeast adds peppery spice, light fruitiness,
and a dry, effervescent finish. The result is crisp yet expressive, balancing
hop intensity with a lively Belgian twist
